The Saga of the Knights Templars, who fought the Muslims, and the Possibility they Reached America in 1362

The beginning

The Templars were created in 1119 by French knight Hugues de Payens with eight others,a total of 9, to protect pilgrims from bandits. King Baldwin II of Jerusalem gave them the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The symbol of the Order was of two knights riding on a single horse, emphasizing the Order’s poverty.

Some Facts about them

1.The Knights Templar were officially called “The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon” (Latin: Pauperes commilitones Christi Templique Solomonici) and were among the most famous of the Western Christian military orders.

2.The organization existed for almost 200 years (1119-1312).

3.They wore white mantles with a red cross and were monks.

They had many rules, known to modern historians as the Latin Rule, with 72 rules which said how many horses they could have, to eat their meals in silence, eat meat no more than three times per week, and not have physical contact of any kind with women, even members of their own family.

Their headquarters was where the Temple of Solomon once Existed

The first headquarters of the Knights Templar was on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. There exists the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Crusaders changed the name to the Temple of Solomon in 1099. It once existed there,on Mount Zion in Jerusalem. The Crusaders used the mosque as the royal palace for the Christian King of Jerusalem and as a stable for horses. In 1119, it was transformed into the headquarters for the Templar Knights.

Only a Minority were Soldiers

The primary mission of the Order was military but few were soldiers. Most had support positions to assist the knights and to manage the financial infrastructure. It is estimated that there were between 15,000 and 20,000 Templars, of who only 10% were knights.

They were very brave soldiers

1.They were few in number but were never to retreat unless they were outnumbered 3 to 1,and never to accept to be ransomed.

2.In the time they fought the Muslims 20,000 Templars died defending the Christians.

3.One of their most famous victories was in 1177 during the Battle of Montgisard, where 500 Templar knights helped several thousand Christian soldiers to defeat Saladin’s army of more than 26,000 soldiers.

The First Multinational Company and the Use of Traveler’s Checks

1.The Order became immensely wealth and in 1150 began giving letters of credit for pilgrims journeying to the Holy Land.

2.A pilgrim would deposit his gold, silver or jewels to a local Templar site before leaving and be given a document indicating the value of the deposit.

3.Arriving to the Holy Land he would be given the equivalent in gold, silver, jewels.

The Templars established financial networks across all the continent, they acquired large amounts of land, both in Europe and the Middle East, they bought and managed farms and vineyards, they built churches and castles; they were involved in manufacturing, import and export; they had their own fleet of ships; and at one point they even owned the entire island of Cyprus. The Order of the Knights Templar was the world’s first multinational corporation.

The Templars dug under Mount Zion

We do not know what they were looking for or what they found. Only that they probably found something, but what?

After the Fall of Jerusalem

Saladin reconquered Jerusalem in 1187. The Templars were forced to relocate their headquarters to the seaport of Acre, which they held for the next century. But they lost that in 1291. They moved to the island of Cyprus. In 1302 the Templars lost the island to the Egyptian Mamluks.

The Templars are destroyed in France

1.Philip IV of France (1268–1314) was deeply in debt to the Templars and he decided to destroy them so as to not pay back and to seize their treasures.

2.On Friday, October 13, 1307 Philip ordered the Grand Master of the Templars,Jacques de Molay and many other French Templars to be simultaneously arrested,on the same day, and they were charged with apostasy, idolatry, heresy, obscene rituals, homosexuality and financial corruption. It was false.

3.They were tortured into giving false confessions, and then many burned at the stake.

But the King of France discovered no treasure and it is believe that some Templars, who had their own fleet of ships, left with the treasure.

The End of the Templars

1.Because of threats by Philip IV of France Pope Clement V disbanded the Order in 1312.

2.In September 2001, a document known as the “Chinon Parchment” dated 17–20 August 1308 was discovered in the Vatican Secret Archives by Barbara Frale, It is a record of the trial of the Templars and shows that Clement absolved the Templars of all heresies in 1308 before formally disbanding the Order in 1312.

3.The remaining Templars around Europe were either arrested and tried under the Papal investigation (with virtually none convicted), absorbed into other military orders such as the Knights Hospitaller, or pensioned and allowed to live out their days peacefully.

The End of the King of France and the Pope

Grand Master Jacques de Molay, who had confessed under torture, retracted his statement. His associate Geoffroi de Charney, Preceptor of Normandy, followed de Molay’s example and insisted on his innocence. Both men were declared guilty of being relapsed heretics, and they were sentenced to burn alive at the stake in Paris in 1314.

According to legend, while burning, the Grand Master cursed the King of France and the Pope saying they would die in 1 year. And in truth they both died, Pope Clement died only a month later, and King Philip died in a hunting accident, chasing a  wild  pig, before the end of the year.

His actual words were recorded on the parchment as follows :

“Dieu sait qui a tort et a pëché. Il va bientot arriver malheur à ceux qui nous ont condamnés à mort” / “God knows who is wrong and has sinned. Soon a calamity will occur to those who have condemned us to death”.

The Papacy then was not in Rome but in Avignon,France

That was why the French king was controlling the Pope. The Avignon Papacy was the period from 1309 to 1376 during which seven Popes resided in Avignon. This arose from the conflict between the Papacy and the French crown.

Following the strife between Boniface VIII and Philip IV of France, and the death after only eight months of his successor Benedict XI, a conclave elected Clement V, a Frenchman, as pope in 1305. Clement declined to move to Rome, remaining in France, and then moved his court to Avignon, where it remained for the next 67 years. This absence from Rome is the “Babylonian Captivity of the Papacy”.

The same thing happened to the Jesuits

The Jesuits were created in 1540 by Ignatius of Loyola. They were abolished in Portugal in 1759,in France in 1764 and completely by the in Pope in 1773,but they were restored in 1814.

The suppression of the Jesuits in Spain and in the Spanish colonies, and in the Kingdom of Naples, was done in secrecy by Spanish king Charles III in 1767.Secret orders were sent to officials of every town where a Jesuit resided, which were to be opened at midnight between the first and second of April, 1767. When they opened the letters they read they were to evict the Jesuits and the plan worked smoothly. That morning, 6,000 Jesuits were deported to the Papal States from Spain, southern Italy and the American continent.

The New Evidence that the Templars reached America in 1362

The Kensington Runestone is a 200-pound stone covered with runes. It was found in 1898 in Minnesota, and named after the nearest town, Kensington. Almost all runologists and experts in Scandinavian linguistics consider the runestone to be a hoax, but have they been wrong all this time? The community of Kensington is solidly behind the runestone, and says it is authentic.

The new linguistic, documentary and geologic evidence says it is a land claim made by the Templars.I know it sound strange but watch the documentary. There is the evidence given by scientist Scott Wolter.
