Is Muhammad in the Bible?
But first here is the link to the 1st great video by Nakdimon on the subject.
Muslims say YES based on:
“Yet if you should bring to those that have been given the Book(Note:the Bible) every sign, they will not follow your direction.
You are not a follower of their direction, neither are they followers of one another’s direction. If you follow their caprices, after the knowledge that has come to you, then you will surely be among the evildoers who We have given the Book(Note:the Chrisitans and the Jews)
and they(Note:the Chrisitans and the Jews) recognize
as they recognize their sons(Note:they recognize the truth of Muhammad, presumably in the Bible,Muhammad is one of their own, their own son), even though there is a party of them conceal the truth knowingly.”
“Those who follow the Messenger, the illiterate Prophet, (Note:Muhammad)
who they find (Note:the word in Arabic is the present tense, not in the past tense(they found) or in the future tense (they will find))
written down with them in the Torah and the Gospel, bidding them to honour, and forbidding them dishonour, making lawful for them the good things and making unlawful for them the corrupt things, and relieving them of their loads, and the fetters that were upon them. Those who believe in him and succour him and help him, and follow the light that has been sent down with him, they are the prosperers.”
